CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Named #1 Best Place to Work by Dallas Business Journal

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is thrilled to announce it has been awarded the number one spot for Dallas Business Journal’s 2018 Best Place to Work.

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is thrilled to announce it has been awarded the number one spot for Dallas Business Journal’s 2018 Best Place to Work.

In July, Dallas Business Journal notified the company of its recognition as a best place to work. With more than 500 company nominations, only 100 companies made the list.  The companies were separated into five categories based on size-micro, small, medium, large and extra-large. The final rankings were then determined based on an indexed score resulting from employees’ responses on a Quantum Workplace survey.

This award is an especially remarkable one as it highlights the internal dynamic of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company and shows how the dedication and passion of the real estate professionals and staff are what make this company what it is today. The general manager of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Ashley Conlon emphasizes the importance of appreciation for peers in the workplace.

“It is such an honor for our company to be recognized by Dallas Business Journal as a 2018 Best Place to Work in North Texas,” said Conlon. “Especially gratifying is the sense of family our real estate professionals feel as well as their appreciation of our leadership teams’ devotion to their personal and professional growth.”

It is difficult for larger companies to have a tight-knit community feel, but President and Chief Executive Officer, Jim Fite, believe we defy the odds and describes CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company as a family rather than a company.  “In our own company survey every year, the word ‘family’ is what overwhelming describes us based on feedback,” said Fite.  “We want everyone to feel at home.”
