Judge Fite Referral Network

Your real estate connection for life.

The Judge Fite Referral Network (JFRN) allows licensed real estate professionals not actively practicing as a REALTOR® to stay connected in the industry and earn referral fees.

Are you considering taking a new path?

Do you want to return to a former career, take a break or retire from real estate AND stay connected to the real estate industry?

The Judge Fite Referral Network (JFRN) powered by CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company provides a vast network of trained real estate professionals who will work with the buyers and sellers you refer and help you earn referral income. Our ability to provide the customer you are referring with the placement to the right REALTOR® within our worldwide network who can convert the prospect to a closed transaction making this a win-win.

JFRN is designed for those who want to maintain a real estate license and don’t want to invest time or money to be in the business full-time. This offers you the best of both worlds! An opportunity to still be in real estate without the fees AND yet earn passive income while others show or list the property, write the offer, negotiate and attend closing.

What does it mean to join?

Enroll with us and your past clients, current clients and prospects (sphere of influence/database) can receive the service of a qualified and trained licensed professional either with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company or within our worldwide network. At the same time, you benefit from referral income when a transaction closes. Additionally, we provide access to ideas on how to generate referrals.

What does it cost?

There is a small annual membership fee of $75.00 to join our Judge Fite Referral Network (JFRN). You are still responsible for the classes and fees needed to maintain an active real estate license.

How it works?

Refer a person from your database through our Relocation and Business Development department. You can do this anytime, but as a JFRN-enrolled agent, you receive a commission on the transaction.

Where do I refer?

The fastest and easiest way to send a referral is through FiteNET. However, you can also call us at 214.920.9606. We will utilize our vast network of real estate brokers to find the right professional to work with your prospect. And we will also let you know who will be working with them so you can stay in touch and help ensure that your prospect is served well and that you earn a referral fee. You may request a real estate professional with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company.
