We offer our real estate professionals regular in-office coaching. The coaching sessions are modeled after some of the top coaching programs in our industry and are designed to assist you in reaching the next level and beyond. Your regional sales manager will develop a program designed upon your individual needs and desires.
Leadership Training
Monthly meetings are held for our leadership team, as we are committed to educating our leaders and keeping them up-to-date on industry trends to better our real estate professionals. There is also online training to assist new leaders in onboarding to the company.
Leadership Development Training
This two-day class covers different topics of leadership and management. In-Office Opportunities
Within your office, you will have the opportunity to sign up for phone time. This means that for a set amount of time, all leads that call in or walk in to the office will be directed to you. You will also have the opportunity for one-on-one coaching with your regional sales manager.
