The Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program develops emerging leaders through a comprehensive curriculum focused on leadership, association management, advocacy, communication and personal growth. Participants complete a series of eight modules covering topics including understanding leadership, inclusive decision-making, spokesperson training, legislative issues and personal sustainability.
