So much happened this past year, but one thing remained the same: our Judge Fite family of real estate professionals and staff successfully served our clients and communities across Dallas/Fort Worth. As we look back, we are in awe of our people’s grit and resilience that turned 2021 into a remarkable year.

Local & National Recognition

C21JFC’s commitment to being goal-focused and results-driven was recognized locally and nationally throughout 2021. For the first time in our company’s history, we were named the #1 Top 100 Place to Work category by The Dallas Morning News and #1 Best Place to Work category by the Dallas Business Journal. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company was also designated the #6 North Texas Family-Owned Business by the Dallas Business Journal.

Despite the unpredictable pandemic, our real estate professionals continued to help their clients buy and sell across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Many notable magazines recognized them for their outstanding performance, including D Magazine, Fort Worth Magazine and 360 West Magazine to name a few.

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company was named the #2 CENTURY 21® Commercial Company in the United States among CENTURY 21® franchises, with Jim Duncan (#3) and Ben Ziaie (#11) recognized as top CENTURY 21® Commercial real estate professionals nationwide.

Our leaders joined in the recognition this year as Executive Vice President Jan Fite Miller was appointed to the Executive Committee as a TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) Commissioner and named a RISMedia Newsmaker Honoree – Luminaries Iconic Leader.

As CENTURY 21® celebrated 50 years, Frisco/McKinney’s Tom Robertson received the CENTURION® 21 Award for earning CENTURION® status 21 years. Out of the same office, Kaitlin Lovern was featured in National Geographic’s Home Rediscovered documentary exploring what “home” will look like in the future.

After a strong 2021 performance, awards were abundant for our real estate professionals and offices. These top award winners were recognized by CENTURY 21® for their impressive production levels. Among our agents, we had 32 Masters Ruby agents, 18 Masters Emerald agents and six Masters Diamond agents. The following 21 agents received CENTURION® status and three achieved Double CENTURION® status:

New Tools & Training 

In an ever-changing industry, our real estate professionals continued to be disciplined to do their job at its best, thanks to the latest tools and training. C21JFC was thrilled to announce our partnership with Jared James Enterprises to provide our agents top-notch training and coaching.

C21JFC also rolled out new programs and internal tools to help our agents buy and sell more real estate. Our clients were able to strengthen their offers using Guaranteed Move. At the same time, our real estate professionals provided important information and streamlined their business using new tools like RealScout, ActivePipe and MoxiWorks (with a full suite of projects continuing to launch this year).

Our commitment to our people extends beyond their real estate businesses. C21JFC was proud to continue providing Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University and the Ramsey+ platform to our agents and staff.

Record-Breaking Philanthropy

Since our founding by Judge B. Fite in 1937, C21JFC has continued his legacy of giving back to the Dallas/Fort Worth communities we serve. The current pandemic has brought more hardships upon families across the metroplex on top of unpredictable life-changing occurrences. Through the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation, we awarded more than 75 grants helping people in need in 2021.

In addition to our charitable foundation, C21JFC was thrilled to host our annual Boots & BBQ fundraising event for Easterseals North Texas in person in September 2021. To kick off our fundraising, the city of Carrollton declared September the official Month of Giving. The Judge Fite family raised a company-record $410,539.95 to help people with disabilities across Dallas/Fort Worth.

Our Relocation & Business Development Department continued their award-winning by earning the Platinum Award from the Realogy Advantage Network for the eighth year in a row. And, under the direction of new Relocation Director Shara Hinchey, we also received the Aires Customer Satisfaction Award.

Designated Title had a memorable year unveiling its new website in July 2021. In addition to this consumer-focused site, Designated Title continued to expand its services across the metroplex with the addition of new escrow officers. Designated Title is available and ready to close anywhere in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with their mobile-closing service.

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management continued its growth across the metroplex with a merger with Remarkable Property Management. Thanks to high customer satisfaction ratings, the managed properties grew considerably in 2021. The dedication to supporting our landlord clients is an example of our commitment to world-class service.

Vendors of our Connections Network were able to visit our offices and connect with our real estate professionals building relationships and offering client services to enhance the Judge Fite client experience. At the same time, Cardinal Financial continued to provide top-notch mortgage services to our agents and clients with competitive rates and quick action in the fast-moving housing market. Judge Fite Insurance connected with clients and Debbi Freedman with their client loyalty team joined the D Magazine with recognition as a 2021 D Best Insurance Agent.
