Q: Were you surprised to be selected as a Relentless Agent Award winner? What was the most enjoyable part of the award experience?

A: I was so surprised! I had arrived home from an amazing two weeks in Italy with my husband celebrating my 30th birthday when I got a call about the Relentless Agent Award. I couldn’t believe that I was going to be getting recognition from CENTURY 21! My favorite part was connecting with the other winners and the marketing team that set up the trip! The hotel, food, ESPN studio, One World Trade Center tour, and “Hamilton” were amazing, but the people really made it a one-of-a-kind experience!

Q: After working with our creative team and experiencing some behind-the-scenes of what goes on at HQ, do you feel any differently about your business, career, and Century 21 Real Estate?

A: Yes, I already absolutely loved my brokerage, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, but now I love the CENTURY 21 brand even more! I now have personal connections with some of HQ and love bouncing ideas off them.

Q: What advice do you have for a consumer who is looking to find a relentless agent in their local market but might not know where to begin?

A: Just call me, and if it isn’t in my market then I will connect them to a handpicked relentless agent!

Q: It can be an intimidating experience to work with people on the biggest purchase of their lives. Were you intimidated at first? How did you get comfortable with the process?

A: Intentional practice is the very best way to master anything. I did a lot of role-playing, talking to myself in the mirror. Practicing being asked the hard questions—”How long have you been selling real estate?” and “Why should we pick you?”—really prepared me for the real thing.
