DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company congratulates Regional Sales Manager Russell Berry on being elected as the Secretary Treasurer for Texas Realtors in 2020.

Texas Realtors, previously Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), is a volunteer organization in Texas committed to growing the real estate industry and providing a supported culture for real estate professionals. The organization stands as an advocate for the agent, as it properly manages any concerns among real estate agents and ensures property rights are secure.

Berry joins the leadership team of Texas Realtors with a strong background of leading real estate professionals as the former president of the Metrotex Association of Realtors. His peers recognized Berry for his leadership and encouraged him to expand his involvement to the state level with Texas Realtors. Berry hopes to bring more awareness to Texas Realtors and the organization’s objective of giving agents a voice in the dynamic real estate market.

“We are extremely fortunate to practice real estate in Texas,” Berry said. “Currently business is good in most areas of the state and regulatory issues are favorable. Our climate could change at any time and we must be prepared. As leaders, we must know what our members need and expect at all times. We must provide them with useful tools and education and must be proactive in order to forge industry trends and connect with members. Let’s all get on board and make the industry better than it is today. We have the resources, talent and drive to succeed.”
