CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Nelson Arroyo as the director of the company’s commercial division.
With more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Arroyo brings a depth of knowledge into his new role that will enable him to address a variety of objectives necessary to maintain a successful commercial department. As director, Arroyo will meet with the national CENTURY 21® commercial advisory board once a month for strategic planning which is vital for the continued growth of the commercial brand.
“I am excited about the opportunity to help develop successful careers for our brokers to the benefit of our clients, company and community,” Arroyo said.
Arroyo has been preparing for his leadership role by learning and working alongside Larry Harbour, the former director of Judge Fite Commercial. Harbour started the commercial division 20 years ago and with his direction, Judge Fite Company has been the only national CENTURY 21® company to remain in the top 5 for commercial awards each year since 2007, receiving the No. 3 spot in 2018.
“It has been a great run for me as head of the commercial department, and I take great pride in what we have achieved within the CENTURY 21® organization nationally,” Harbour said. “I leave Judge Fite Commercial and Judge Fite Company in great hands with my successor and business partner, Nelson Arroyo.”
