DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company congratulates Michelle Flores as the new regional sales manager of the Cedar Hill Regional Office. Flores previously served as the assistant regional sales manager of the office.
Flores’ background and previous work experience identified her as a natural leader with consumer experience. While in her assistant regional sales manager role, she developed strong relationships with the real estate professionals in Cedar Hill. She plans to lead the agents by providing a fun, positive environment for learning, facilitating in-person coaching opportunities, organizing office events and celebrating individual successes.
“I am excited to further connect with the Cedar Hill team and better understand their relationship style with clients, learning style, strengths and motivators,” Flores said. “I plan to engage our team in discussions and ideate new strategies with agents in the office to help grow their respective real estate businesses.”
Flores will work alongside District Sales Manager Joe Picardo to offer mentorship and resources for real estate professionals in the office and serve the people in the Cedar Hill communities.

Flores excelled in the company’s Management Development Program earlier last year. She understands the need to focus on learning and development to help her agents take their business to the next level. As a Dallas/Fort Worth native, she is familiar with the local market and culture and wants to help other agents learn from their available resources through the brokerage.
“I plan to give my agents opportunities to share business ideas and discuss current challenges,” Flores said. “I will encourage them to have strategic training plans and will make sure they are engaged in the numerous training opportunities provided both in my office and by CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company.”
