The most wonderful time of the year is here! There is no better way to get into the Christmas spirit than to attend one (or several) of the many holiday events happening in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Take a break from the Christmas shopping, gift wrapping and tree decorating and gather your friends, your family and of course, hot chocolate!

12 Days of Christmas at Night
Dallas, Texas

Located at the renowned Dallas Arboretum, this garden exhibit is beautifully bright thanks to its 500,000 lights. Enjoy an evening walk through the garden to experience large Victorian style gazebos as they come to life with costumed characters accompanied by heartwarming Christmas music. Most nights include the opportunity to visit Santa, write him a letter, participate in an elf workshop and more!
Open Wednesday-Sunday evenings until December 31st.

Gift of Lights
Fort Worth, Texas

Enjoy a two-mile drive through Texas Motor Speedway featuring large displays and light shows. Made available this year, guests also have the option to use 3D glasses to enhance the visual experience. At the end of the journey, venture to Santa’s Village for the opportunity to take a photo with Santa, ride on the miniature train and make your own ornament!
Open daily until December 30th

Prairie Lights
Grand Prairie, Texas

Prepare to be dazzled by displays of four million lights as you drive through Lynn Creek Park in the comfort of your own car. To fully enjoy the experience, hop out of your car halfway through the journey and head to Holiday Village for a holiday themed show and photos with Santa! Be sure to check out the new attraction at Holiday Village – a lighted walk-through forest featuring scenes of how the holiday season is celebrated around the world.
Open daily until December 30th.

Enchant
Arlington, Texas

As they say, everything is bigger in Texas! Located at Globe Life Park in Arlington, Enchant features the world’s largest Christmas light maze. Help your little ones find hidden gifts for Santa or take them to visit the big man himself and Mrs. Claus! Enjoy beautiful displays while gliding across the ice skating rink, shop around the Christmas market and listen to live entertainment. With activities for every age, Enchant is sure to be an enchanting experience you won’t forget.
Open daily until December 30th.

ICE!
Grapevine, Texas

Experience the beauty of two million pounds of colorful, hand-carved ice sculptures at the Gaylord Texan’s large and exciting ICE! exhibit. As you walk through the 14,000 square foot exhibit hall, spot famous animated characters and holiday symbols in the form of ice! The exhibit is a chilly 9 degrees, but don’t worry, you are provided with a parka upon arrival. In addition to the ice sculptures, ICE! also has 1.5 million twinkling lights, 12,000 ornaments, ice slides and a 52-foot-tall Christmas tree – the size of Big Tex!
Open daily until December 30th.

Deerfield Holiday Lighting
Plano, Texas

If you prefer to take in Christmas lights from the cozy warmth of your car, this Christmas event will allow you to do just that! This Plano neighborhood is well-known for its tremendous lights and decorations, making Deerfield a holiday tradition for many DFW families.
