For the first time in 47 years, CENTURY 21® Real Estate LLC announced a complete overhaul of one of the world’s most recognizable real estate brands. The bold rebranding campaign sought to defy mediocrity and deliver extraordinary experiences. Featuring a new logo and a refreshed color palette, the look embraces today’s diverse consumers while sustaining the timeless standard of service that sets CENTURY 21® apart.
From our humble beginnings as Nathan Grace Real Estate to our merger with Judge Fite Company in 2017, we have always been committed to individuality and identity. In collaboration with CENTURY 21®, we’re excited to unveil the new name and branding for the Fine Homes & Estates division – C21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company.
“Renaming this division of our company was an unexpected request from our real estate professionals in our offices in Lake Highlands, Park Cities, Richardson, Plano, and Frisco Square,” said Ashley Conlon, general sales manager. “The timing is exciting. We are honored that the real estate professionals in these locations are embracing Judge Fite Company and the legacy it began in 1937. As a leading real estate broker in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex, it is exhilarating to be able to expand our luxury home buying and selling services to these additional locations.”
Building upon the simplicity of the new CENTURY 21® brand, the C21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company look sets the stage for agents to let their individuality shine while marketing their business. We want our professionals to take ownership of the brand and go above and beyond for their clients.
The new C21 Fine Homes & Estates Judge Fite Company logo reflects the modern real estate market while preserving the iconic gold and black scheme of CENTURY 21®. Each marketing piece embraces visual hierarchy and negative space to assist agents in putting their best foot forward. From postcards to brochures to digital graphics, the design is relevant and flexible to consumers buying other properties, such as commercial spaces or apartments.
“It is exciting to rebrand the franchise and the company in such an iconic manner,” said Conlon. “The most important element of the rebrand is the benefit to our clients. We believe the new imagery along with industry-leading marketing and services build the best solution for real estate. Our 98% quality service rating from our clients and customers make us the best real estate company in the marketplace today. And, we see this continuing in these markets as well.”
The five original offices located in Park Cities, Lake Highlands, Richardson, Plano and Frisco Square will join the three other Fine Homes & Estates offices of McKinney, Frisco Starwood and Southlake/Colleyville who have successfully helped buyers and sellers in these luxury markets.
