DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX – Bill Steddum, director of training and district sales manager for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, has been appointed to the Texas Real Estate Commission’s (TREC) Education Standards Advisory Committee (ESAC).
The brokerage extends its congratulations to Steddum for his appointment as a Broker-Member to the committee for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2021. As one of the 12 appointed members of the ESAC, Steddum will review curriculum standards, course content requirements and instructor certification requirements for qualifying and continuing education courses for TREC.
As the director of training for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, Steddum is responsible for the development and implementation of all training programs for the brokerage and its real estate professionals.

Under Steddum’s direction, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company achieved…achieved Best Training (overall) by the Dallas Morning News in 2018 among all industry submissions.

In addition, Steddum serves as a district sales manager for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, where he is responsible for the development, supervision and direction of the brokerage’s real estate professionals in five of its real estate offices. Steddum manages the top district in real estate volume one of the top three regional offices in the company.

Steddum has authored and received approval for multiple Continuing Education (CE) and Sales Agent Apprentice Education (SAE) programs from the Texas Real Estate Commission. He has also conducted hundreds of CE and SAE courses for Texas Real Estate Salespersons and Brokers throughout his career.
As a member of the ESAC, Steddum will use his experience and knowledge to make recommendations to the Commission regarding course content to ensure license holder education meets the highest educational standards. Steddum joins the company representation with Jan Fite-Miller, TREC commissioner appointed by Governor Abbott in 2017 for a five-year term ending in 2023.
Steddum is retired from the United States Air Force and resides in Midlothian with his wife, Ann Weaver, a leading real estate professional with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company.
