CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is thrilled to announce the recent award from Dallas Morning News as the #2 Top 100 Places to Work for the large company category and Best Training. In the awards luncheon on Nov. 1, the group of 100 qualifying companies awaited the final category award results.
This is the sixth year in a row for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company to secure a spot on the Top Places to Work list. “It has been such a great honor to even be invited to the award luncheon every year, to be a part of the Top 100 Companies,” Jan Fite Miller, executive vice president, said. “To be better and better, helping our agents and employees and clients is what we do.”
This honor comes shortly after CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company’s recognition as the #1 Best Place to Work by Dallas Business Journal. As a large company with more than 800 agents, committing to a well-structured and prevalent company culture always remains a top priority. The leadership team is consistently dedicated to the growth and development of the real estate professionals by providing the support and tools to help them grow their business in real estate. Receiving the Best Training award is another significant honor for Judge Fite Company, as it constantly strives to provide its real estate professionals with the tools and education they need to serve their clients with the utmost professionalism. With ‘develop people’ rooted in the mission statement, the company ensures the real estate professionals are among the most educated and trained in the industry.
Director of Training Bill Steddum credits the collaborative efforts of the leadership team and office training staff for earning this special award. “This is truly a team effort and was earned by all of our leadership team and agent services managers” Steddum said. “Without a team effort, we don’t have the results.”
Steddum and Assistant Director or Training Catherine French will continue building the training program in addition to continue offerings for the ‘Steps for Success’, an in-house training program that bringing tremendous results and growth to real estate professionals.
