Awards Celebration 2019 Recap

In so many ways, 2018 was a pivotal year for us at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. We tackled an ambitious company-wide rebranding initiative, welcomed many new real estate professionals, achieved growth in our company production and gave back to our Dallas/Fort Worth communities even more. None of this would’ve been possible without the hard work and dedication of our 900+ agents and staff, who were all recognized at our annual Awards Celebration.

Big Name Guest Speakers

We were thrilled to have former Dallas Cowboys safety and three-time Super Bowl Champion Darren Woodson share his story of preparation and purpose. In order to achieve success, it takes a combination of hard work, integrity and dedication that happens both in and behind the scenes. “They’re a compelled group. That’s the kind of teammates that I want,” Woodson said of our leadership team. “They’re true leaders. They show up with smiles and lift everyone up. They wake up with a purpose.”

Later in the program, Realogy Chief Executive Officer John Payton and CENTURY 21‘s new CEO Mike Miedler joined CEO Jim Fite and Chief Operating Officer Eric Fite of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for a living room discussion about their whys, the future of the real estate industry, new customer relationship management/agent productivity tools and social media resources that we will see by the end of 2019.

Payton hasn’t always worked in real estate, but his 20+ years in the luxury hotel industry provided him the understanding of a brand’s importance. “CENTURY 21 has an exceptional brand recognition score in the 90s which is in the Apple and Amazon territory for scoring. How do you get that? It’s more than 50 years of signage at the end of driveways building that,” Payton said. “Paired with the Realogy family of brands, CENTURY 21 has access to technology, research and data from national partnerships with companies like Facebook.”

As for Miedler, he has spent his entire professional career with CENTURY 21. “I started from the ground-up. The majority of my experience comes from first-hand knowledge of what real estate agents do every day,” Miedler said. From this agent-level perspective, Miedler is able to confidently lead CENTURY 21 as they develop partnerships and programs that enable our agents to provide an all-around better experience for their clientele. “A large amount of our focus is figuring out what technology help our agents be more effective and efficient at their jobs.”

CENTURY 21 Chief Marketing Officer Cara Whitley gave an exciting presentation on new marketing initiatives and technology that were announced the previous week at C21’s One21 Conference in Las Vegas. She shared with us a variety of tools that will assist agents with productivity, improve upon lead quality, create effective Facebook/Instagram advertising and offer unique benefits to our clientele.

Giving Back to Our Communities

With its launch in 2017, the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation has already touched countless lives throughout our communities. Tragedy and hardship does not discriminate, and the unexpected can happen to our loved ones at any moment. Through the generous donations of our real estate professionals, staff and others in 2018, we were able to provide financial support through more than $100,000 in grants to individuals and families in need.

Giving back is not simply a part of the CENTURY 21 organization, it is a major passion. For 40 years, CENTURY 21 has been a proud partner with Easterseals in helping provide crucial resources for individuals with disabilities and their families. In 2018, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company was the second highest Easterseals fundraiser of C21 franchises across the United States. Our 20th Annual Boots & BBQ Auction raised a record-breaking $230,000 for our friends at Easterseals North Texas.

We continue to support Dwell with Dignity’s mission of helping local families escape poverty and homelessness. Through the design and installation of complete home interiors, these families are better enabled to live healthy, safe and empowered lives. Our real estate professionals and staff donate kitchen supplies and appliances including dishes, silverware, towels, mixing bowls and microwaves that are placed in each home.
