DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company welcomes Janae Hausman and Shane Yarbrough in their new roles as assistant regional sales managers for the Frisco and McKinney regional offices.
Hausman and Yarbrough join the dynamic leadership team shortly after CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company named Frances Cruz as regional sales manager of the Frisco and McKinney offices. Cruz said she is thrilled to provide additional support, training and coaching to her growing offices.
“Both Janae and Shane will help us continue our goal of building relationships with the clients and communities in which we serve,” Cruz said. “Shane and Janae are stellar real estate professionals who have grown their careers to become some of the top agents in our company. Hausman said she’s looking forward to sharing the knowledge she’s gained in her business and from her mentors over the years to help her real estate professionals grow their business and dominate the Frisco, McKinney and surrounding markets.
“My goal is to work with Frances and Shane to help grow the McKinney and Frisco offices, and more importantly grow our agents,” Hausman said. “Anyone who’s been in real estate knows it’s a hard business. I plan to offer strong leadership to provide our agents the confidence and support needed to grow.”
Yarbrough said he’s excited to use his background to help Frisco agents develop and sharpen skills in their real estate careers. He’s had more than 25 years of experience developing service skills, computer skills and small-business owner skills, all of which complement what it takes to be a successful real estate professional.
“The bottom line is, real estate professionals help people achieve the American dream,” Yarbrough said. “If I help a person buy a home, I’ve helped one person with the American dream. If I guide and teach our real estate professionals in the Frisco and McKinney offices how to help people buy homes, I’ll be honored to have helped the entire community.”
