CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company congratulates the individuals and teams featured on 360 West’s list for Best Residential Real Estate Agents and Top Residential Real Estate Producers in Tarrant County for 2018.

The real estate professionals at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company featured on 360 West’s Best Agents list were Jan Miller of Fort Worth, Lee Anne Hardie of Fort Worth, Matt Gauntt of Southlake/Colleyville, and he was also named as a Top Producer in the Gauntt Team.

The Tarrant County individuals featured on the Top Producers list with an annual sales volume of over $10 million include Mary Barakat of Mansfield, Jamie Bodiford of Weatherford, Jim Duncan of Weatherford, Sha Hair of Southlake/Colleyville, Christina Kang of Grand Prairie, Sarah Lyons of Fort Worth and Donna Swanzy of Fort Worth. The team awards are presented on the list as follows: The Bellows Team of Flower Mound as a team of two agents with an annual sales volume of over $15 million, The Sarah Padgett Team of Mansfield as a team of three to five agents with an annual sales volume of over $25 million and The Gauntt Team of Southlake/Colleyville as a team of six to ten agents, led by Roslyn Gauntt, with an annual sales volume of over $35 million.

The process of selecting the Best Agents began with 360 West reaching out to three groups: recent homebuyers in the greater Tarrant County area, all agents in the database and frequent readers of 360 West. To select the final winners, agents could nominate three peers, and the recent homebuyers and readers were able to nominate two individuals. Each nominee was then screened by the Texas Real Estate Commission before being named a Best Agent. To select the Top Producers, 360 West asked real estate brokers in Tarrant County to present the individual agents and teams who achieved a specific level of sales volume from July 2017 to July 2018.

360 West is a lifestyle magazine targeting those who live west of Highway 360, providing them with full insights about the area in which they live. The November issue presented these 2018 winners, with Judge Fite Company’s real estate professionals featured in several categories.
