We continued to successfully serve our clients, welcomed many new real estate professionals, achieved growth in our company production, gave back to our Dallas/Fort Worth communities, delivered a 99% quality satisfaction rating from our clients, achieved the No. 1 Place to Work in DFW by the Dallas Business Journal and The Dallas Morning News, and even more. None of this would’ve been possible without the hard work and dedication of our 1,000+ agents and staff, who were recognized at the company’s 2022 Awards Celebration this week.

2021 PRODUCTION AWARDS

Throughout 2021, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company real estate professionals personified the company mission: to serve the community, develop people, have fun and achieve profits. Leadership is thrilled to celebrate each of their successes in production, quality service and personal growth.

This year, an impressive 215+ agents and teams were recognized as multi-million producers, 55 agents and teams were awarded with the Quality Service Award, 63 agents and teams with the Quality Service Pinnacle Award, 30 agents with the Masters Ruby Award, 18 agents with the Masters Emerald, five agents with the Masters Diamond Award and two teams with the Masters Team Award. CORE SERVICES ACHIEVEMENTS

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company supports their agents and clients with turn-key services throughout the entire buying and selling processes. Their Core Services went above and beyond to serve clients across DFW.

Relocation

Our Relocation & Business Development Department continued their award-winning in 2021 by earning the Platinum Award from the Realogy Advantage Network for the eighth year in a row. And, under the direction of new Relocation & Business Development Director Shara Hinchey, we also received the Aires Customer Satisfaction Award. Nick Termini from the Rockwall office earned Top Overall Relocation Rep for the second year in a row.

Connections Network

Last year, the Connections Network continued to serve the varying home needs of clients across Dallas/Fort Worth by expanding our portfolio of preferred vendors. They recognized the Mansfield Regional Office for Most Leads Sent, Most Vendors Used (number of vendors) and Most Vendors Used (number of agents). They also awarded the Weatherford Regional Office for Most Leads Converted (number), the Southlake/Colleyville Regional Office for Most Leads Converted (dollars) and the Fort Worth Regional Office for being the Most Supportive Office.

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management

The rental industry experienced major growth in the past year, resulting in a sudden rush of investors looking for management of their properties. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management continued to provide world-class service thanks to the referrals from agents. President William Ferguson and his team recognized the following as Top Signed Referring Agents: Jamie Wickliffe, Jennifer Frank and Melissa Sanches. They also recognized Melissa Sanches as the Top Referring Agent and the Denton Regional Office as Top Referring Office.

Designated Title

Taking 2021 to even greater heights by breaking records and growing once again, Designated Title handed out awards to the following agents and office for Most Referrals: Jamie Bodiford (Agent), Roger & Beth Team (Team) and the Mansfield (Regional Office). Internally, Mel Barron was named the Top Producing Escrow Officer.

Judge Fite Insurance

With a focus on growing client relationships and implementing the online client portal, Judge Fite Insurance delivered a more personal insurance experience to more clients across DFW. They recognized the following award winners: Kris Johnson for Top Agent Referrals, Sarah Lyons for Top Agent Issued, The Gauntt Team for Top Team Referrals, The Sarah Padgett Team for Top Team Issued and the Mansfield Regional Office for Top Office Referrals and Top Office Issued.

Cardinal Financial

Jill Clifton and her team of mortgage professionals with Cardinal Financial met the increased demand for new home and refinance loans in 2021. Cardinal Financial handed out the following awards for Most Referrals: Janaé Hausman (Agent), The Sarah Padgett Team (Team) and the Mansfield (Regional Office).

Giving Back

Looking back upon 2021, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company’s commitment to giving back was needed more than ever before. The current pandemic has brought more hardships upon families across the metroplex on top of unpredictable life-changing occurrences. Through the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation, we awarded more than 75 grants helping people in need in 2021.

In addition to our charitable foundation, C21JFC was thrilled to host our annual Boots & BBQ fundraising event for Easterseals North Texas in person in September 2021. To kick off our fundraising, the city of Carrollton declared September the official Month of Giving. The Judge Fite family raised a company-record $410,539.95 to help people with disabilities across Dallas/Fort Worth.
