None of this would’ve been possible without the hard work and dedication of our 900+ agents and staff, who were all virtually recognized at our annual Awards Celebration earlier this month.

Big Name Guest Speakers

From CENTURY 21^® leadership to training professionals, we were thrilled to feature many recognizable names from the real estate industry. CENTURY 21^® CEO Mike Miedler and COO Greg Sexton kicked off the virtual event by recognizing the vast impact our real estate professionals had in 2020. From a local and national viewpoint, Miedler and Sexton praised CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for adapting to better serve our clients, train our agents and support our communities.

In response to the real estate industry evolving virtually, we elevated our training opportunities to keep our agents engaged and knowledgeable about the real estate industry in 2020. We’re excited to offer even more training and coaching in 2021 through Jared James Enterprises, one of the largest coaching companies in North America. Each real estate professional will receive Jared James coaching and programs as part of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. His elite program inspired our agents to grow their businesses and support their clients even more this year.

To close out our Awards Celebration, real estate training guru Brian Buffini joined us for an engaging conversation. Buffini encouraged our agents to think outside of the box when it comes to setting themselves apart in the DFW market. His bold, personal approach to cultivating client relationships has impacted our real estate professionals’ businesses for years.

Giving Back to Our Communities

As we look back upon 2020, our company-wide commitment to giving back was needed more than ever before. Tragedy and hardship does not discriminate, and the unexpected can happen to our loved ones at any moment. Carly Stanley of our Mansfield Regional Office shared moving testimonials about the difference Judge Fite Charitable Foundation grants have made in her clients’ lives.

Despite COVID-19 changing our plans for in-person celebrations and activities, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company launched the first “Month of Giving” to support Easterseals North Texas. Through company-wide virtual events including virtual concerts, happy hours, t-shirt & raffle ticket sales and gathering donations, we raised over $100k. Our real estate professionals and staff take great pride in being the #2 CENTURY 21^® Franchise, and we thank them for their commitment to our friends at Easterseals North Texas.

2020 Production Awards

Throughout the challenges of 2020, our real estate professionals personified our company mission: to serve the community, develop people, have fun and achieve profits. We were thrilled to celebrate each of their successes in production, quality service and personal growth.

This year we recognized an impressive 212 agents and teams as multi-million producers, awarded 41 agents and teams with the Quality Service Award, 69 agents and teams with the Quality Service Pinnacle Award, 23 agents with the Masters Ruby Award, 16 agents with the Masters Emerald, 8 agents with the Masters Diamond Award and two teams with the Masters Team Award. The Relocation and Business Development Department has been recognized nationally for its commitment to providing exceptional relocation service. For the past seven years, our relocation team received the Realogy Advantage Network’s Platinum Award and Five Star Award for their outstanding performance in addressing consumer needs, understanding local conditions and executing best practices for the benefit of buyers and sellers.

Commercial

Although 2020 brought challenges for businesses, our Commercial Division stepped up and provided unparalleled commercial real estate service. CENTURY 21® named our commercial division as the #2 Commercial Investment Broker amongst franchises across the United States and recognized Jim Duncan as the #3 Commercial Agent Nationwide and Ben Ziaie as the #11 Commercial Agent Nationwide in the CENTURY 21® System.

Connections Network

In early 2020, the Connections Network launched Judge Fite Concierge: a white-glove concierge platform that offers clients a one-stop-shop for all of their moving needs for life. Growing our vendor network remains a priority to service our clients.

The Connections Network recognized the following award winners for Most Leads Sent: Lauren Vogel, The Kim Pratt Team and Sarah Lyons (Agents), William Ferguson (Staff) and Arlington (Office). The following professionals earned the award for Most Leads Sold: Grace Lemle and Team Bellows (Agents), Davi Bryce (Staff) and Mansfield (Office). For the Most Vendors Used, the Lori Mayo Real Estate Group (Agent) and Mansfield (Office) both won.

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management

Despite the uncertainty the rental industry experienced in 2020, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management’s landlord clients received rental payments without interruption during the pandemic. Our property management professionals continued to provide world-class service thanks to the referrals from our agents. President William Ferguson and his team recognized the following winners for Most Leads Sent: The Kim Pratt Team (Agent) and Mansfield (Office). The Mansfield Regional Office also earned the award for Most Leads Sold (Office).

Designated Title

Celebrating an increase in mobile closings across the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Designated Title added new escrow officers to their team and introduced new technology for secure document preparation. Designated Title handed out three awards to the following agents and office for Most Referrals: Traci Benson, Ann Weaver and Donna Swanzy (Agents), the Nick Termini Group, Team Bellows and Roger and Beth Team (Teams) and Mansfield (Office).

Judge Fite Insurance

With a focus on growing client relationships and implementing the online client portal, Judge Fite Insurance delivered a more personal insurance experience to more clients across DFW. They recognized the following award winners for Most Leads Sent: Angie Hudson (Agent) and Mansfield (Office). As for Leads Sold, Sarah Lyons was named the Top Agent.

Cardinal Financial

Jill Clifton and her team of mortgage professionals with Cardinal Financial met the increased demand for new home and refinance loans in 2020. Cardinal Financial handed out the following awards for Most Referrals: Traci Benson (Agent), The Sarah Padgett Team (Team) and Mansfield (Office). They also recognized Michele Creech and Kevin Clark as their Top Loan Officers for 2020.

To help our real estate professionals take their businesses even further, we’re rolling out new tools like Real Scout and Active Pipe to enhance the consumer experience and stay in communication with clients and prospects.
