Jim Fite | Chief Executive Officer
Jim Fite drives the strategic vision and long-term goals for one of the largest and most diversified real estate brokerages and home related services in Texas and Oklahoma. His commitment to the Judge Fite family of companies’s core values, particularly developing people, fuels his leadership approach and daily operations. Starting his career as the youngest licensed real estate agent in Texas, Jim quickly established himself as a trailblazer. He earned prestigious certifications including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). His accolades include being named REALTOR® of the Year by the Dallas Association of REALTORS® and receiving the Art Bartlett 2100 Cup, CENTURY 21®’s most distinguished award. Jim’s passion for service extends beyond real estate. In 2017, he co-founded the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation, supporting real estate professionals and communities in times of need. He remains dedicated to giving back through charitable efforts, community involvement and mentorship programs, ensuring a lasting impact on the communities he serves. Beyond the office, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Petey, and their family, including six grandchildren.
Jan Fite Miller | Executive Vice President
Jan Fite Miller is responsible for overseeing and expanding the company’s operations and revenue, as well as managing the responsibilities of staff. Jan enjoys solving problems and strives to highlight opportunities for growth and potential both in the marketplace and internally among the staff. A natural leader within the company, Jan currently serves on the Board for Judge Fite Charitable Foundation and recently served on the Texas Real Estate Commission. As the daughter of founder Judge Fite, Jan believes she was born to serve and enjoys the art of selling. Jan holds the certifications of Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES), e-PRO®, Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) and At Home With Diversity® (AHWD). Jan’s interests include gardening, walking, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Eric Fite | Chief Operating Officer
Eric Fite oversees business operations and implements the systems and processes essential for growth of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company and its One Team of companies. Serving others is an important attribute to Eric, and he is proud to serve real estate professionals who in turn serve their clients. Eric enjoys the variation in his role and values discipline, often applying it to time management, communication and consistency of actions. Both his interest in the industry and his upbringing in the Fite family brought Eric into real estate. Eric holds the certifications of Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Risk Manager (CRM), and he is also a graduate of Ascend Leadership Development. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, traveling and hiking.
Ashley Conlon | President
Ashley Conlon oversees more than 27 brokerage offices across Texas and Oklahoma, along with the commercial, relocation, recruiting and training divisions. Since beginning her real estate career in 1997 with her family’s CENTURY 21® franchise, Ashley has built a reputation as a dynamic leader focused on growth, performance and professionalism. She has been instrumental in driving consistent year-over-year recruiting growth, creating programs that elevate agent production and strengthening collaboration between our real estate professionals and Judge Fite family of companies. Ashley is deeply involved in the real estate community, serving on the Texas Real Estate Commission Broker Responsibility Advisory Board and multiple REALTOR® association committees. She holds several professional designations, including Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, traveling, volunteering and spending time with family and friends.
James Hamm | Chief Financial Officer
James Hamm manages all financial operations, strategic planning and risk management for one of the most respected real estate brokerages in the industry. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with years of real estate finance experience, James combines analytical expertise with strategic insight to drive growth and operational efficiency. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he has built a strong foundation in accounting and financial management that supports his results-driven leadership. Known for his precision and commitment to detail, James plays a key role in optimizing profitability and ensuring sustainable business success. Beyond his professional career, James has a deep passion for world travel and has explored more than 60 countries across six continents. He also enjoys discovering new cuisines and spending time with his cats.
Kristal Amador | Chief Marketing Officer
Kristal Amador is responsible for designing, planning and executing the marketing strategies that align with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company’s overall vision. She works on the company’s strategic initiatives as well as developing creative concepts with the marketing team. Providing world-class service is an important value to Kristal as she believes in honoring relationships with all people in our industry from the real estate professional to the client. Kristal admires the real estate industry and the diligence of the real estate professionals, and her goal is to provide an array of marketing services for the agents to create extraordinary experiences for their clients. In 2018 and 2019, Kristal received the Jim Fite Leadership Award as Director of the Year selected by her peers. She values technology and learning and believes a focus on both is necessary in today’s changing environment. On the weekends, Kristal takes in every moment with her family and three daughters, traveling or spending time outdoors.
Ben Yeatts | President - Designated Title
Ben Yeatts leads Designated Title with innovation in real estate title services. Overseeing his team of title professionals, he ensures the delivery of world-class client services with a focus on honesty, integrity, convenience and quality. With more than 30 years of title industry experience, Ben embraces technology and continual learning, positioning Designated Title at the forefront of the industry. As a certified real estate educator, he serves on the Realtor Review Board for Ethics and is on the path to becoming a certified mediator. Outside of the office, Ben, known as the “culinary expert,” is an avid hunter and manages small farms. His proudest achievements include a forty-year marriage, raising his two daughters and holding a U.S. patent for a pickup truck accessory.
Lori Fisher | President - CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management
Lori Fisher, president, guides CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management with a passion for service, growth and creating enduring value for property owners, tenants and her team. She oversees all aspects of property management operations, ensuring quality, responsiveness and efficiency in delivering solutions. An active member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), Lori also contributes to multiple advisory groups and company boards, including the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation. With a leadership approach built on integrity, experience and strategic vision, Lori fosters a culture of heart-driven service and client focus. Outside the office, Lori enjoys reading, planning her next travels and spending time with her dogs and family.
Denis Smith | Director - Judge Fite Insurance
Denise Smith leads the Judge Fite Insurance team and fosters an agency culture grounded in integrity, honesty and transparency, championing client education so every person feels confident in their protection. Denise draws on a broad professional background spanning accounting, operations, insurance and entrepreneurship to guide strategy and daily operations. Her leadership philosophy is people-first: she invests in her team’s growth, support and inspiration. Denise serves as a trusted advocate, helping clients navigate life’s uncertainties with clarity and assurance. Beyond her work, she finds joy in family life with her three sons and their partners, four grandchildren and her beloved “dog-soul-mate” Rhino.

Palmer Holland manages Meridian Mortgage and is passionate about raising the bar within the mortgage industry. With more than a decade of mortgage-lending experience, Palmer has earned a reputation for communication, guidance and commitment to helping clients make confident financial decisions. He mentors and develops loan officers to build lasting, referral-based businesses while empowering homebuyers with clarity and confidence.
