CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company Announces New Roles for Gauntt, Horak and Hoff

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company has announced new leadership roles for Tim Gauntt, Brad Horak and Anna Hoff.

DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX — CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company has announced new leadership roles for Tim Gauntt, Brad Horak and Anna Hoff. Tim Gauntt has been named vice president of sales while Brad Horak has been named regional sales manager of the Southlake/Colleyville Regional Office and Anna Hoff has been named regional sales manager of the Flower Mound/Irving Regional Office. These appointments reflect the company’s continued commitment to developing leaders, supporting the success of its real estate professionals and delivering exceptional experiences for the clients and communities it serves.

For nearly 90 years, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company has built a reputation for developing real estate professionals, investing in leadership and serving buyers, sellers and communities across Texas and Oklahoma. These new leadership roles position the brokerage for continued growth while strengthening the support available to both its real estate professionals and the clients they serve.

Gauntt brings decades of real estate leadership experience to his new role, including serving as a brokerage owner, sales leader, district sales manager and mentor. As vice president of sales, he will focus on strengthening sales performance, supporting office leadership and helping real estate professionals create successful businesses and a real estate career built to last.

«Tim Gauntt is the perfect choice to serve as vice president of sales because he understands our company from every angle,» said Ashley Conlon, president of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company. «He knows what it takes to build a successful business while never losing sight of the people behind the results. Tim’s leadership is grounded in relationships, accountability and a sincere commitment to the success of others.»

«My experience on the leadership team has given me a broad view of what it takes to build a successful brokerage while never losing sight of the individual real estate professional,» said Gauntt. «I have spent decades as a broker-owner and have had the opportunity to lead offices, develop managers, coach real estate professionals and contribute to decisions that affect the company as a whole. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue investing in our people, supporting our leaders and helping position CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for continued growth.»

Horak has been named regional sales manager of the Southlake/Colleyville Regional Office, where he began his real estate career nearly 20 years ago. With that depth of industry experience and a strong background in leadership, coaching and contract knowledge, he returns to the office with a deep understanding of its culture and a commitment to helping real estate professionals succeed.

«Brad Horak is uniquely prepared to lead our Southlake/Colleyville Regional Office,» said Conlon. «He previously served this office alongside Tim Gauntt, so he already understands its people, culture and history. His integrity, attention to detail and people-first leadership make him the right person to guide the Southlake/Colleyville Regional Office into its next chapter.»

«It is a homecoming for me,» said Horak. «Southlake/Colleyville is where I started my real estate career 19 years ago. I still have great friends and REALTORS® there, and I look forward to continuing to build on the culture that has been established while helping our real estate professionals reach their full potential.»

Hoff has been named regional sales manager of the Flower Mound/Irving Regional Office after serving in multiple leadership roles within the company. Her background includes real estate sales, recruiting, construction management and office leadership, providing a broad perspective on supporting both professionals and business growth.

«Anna brings energy, business acumen and a genuine heart for developing people,» said Conlon. «She is ready to build upon Flower Mound/Irving’s strong foundation and help its real estate professionals achieve even greater success. Anna understands both the details required to operate a successful business and the importance of investing in people. That combination makes her an excellent choice to lead the office into its next chapter.»

«My career has given me the opportunity to experience this business from multiple perspectives, first as a REALTOR®, then as a team leader and most recently as an assistant regional sales manager,» said Hoff. «Throughout those roles, I have learned that success is not just about closing transactions. It is about building relationships, solving problems and helping others grow. I am excited to bring that experience into this leadership role and continue creating an environment where real estate professionals have the tools and confidence to succeed.»

These leadership appointments reflect CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company’s legacy in teh real estate industry since 1937 and continued commitment to developing strong leaders, supporting its real estate professionals and strengthening the resources available in the communities it serves. As the brokerage continues to grow, experienced leadership helps ensure buyers, sellers and property owners receive exceptional service while creating an environment where real estate professionals can build thriving, long-term careers.
