Sometimes agents go above and beyond to help a client successfully sell their home. For Beatrice Villa, it meant going to another country. A bilingual, 2nd year REALTOR® in our Ennis office, Beatrice listed a property where one seller was in the U.S. and the other in Mexico. After multiple tries to get a closing document notarized, the husband didn’t have any luck. Fortunately, Beatrice located a notary to meet in Mexico to notarize the document. She drove to Mexico on Sunday, met the client and notary, then drove back Monday to continue the closing.
