This year, the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation is celebrating its fifth year anniversary of changing lives across the DFW Metroplex. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company wouldn’t exist without the loyal support of the communities we serve. Looking to give back in ways beyond real estate, what began as a few grants has grown into an impactful organization.
Who We Are & What We Do
Created for and supported by our real estate professionals, friends, staff and the Judge Fite family of companies, the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation is able to provide assistance to those when emergencies arise. Tragedy does not discriminate, and our grants have helped ease the burden of varying hardships including:

- Layoffs
- Car Accidents
- Illnesses and Medical Emergencies
- Financial Hardships
- Loss of a Loved One
- Disabilities and Rehabilitations
- Unexpected Guardianships
- And More!
Made up of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company real estate professionals and staff, our board members include Ann Weaver, Ben Yeatts, James Hamm, Jan Fite Miller, Joe Picardo, Roslyn Gauntt and Terri Fox. These individuals volunteer their time and attention to helping those in need across our DFW communities.
