Last week, Kaki Lybbert of CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company – Denton was honored at the Texas REALTORS® Board of Directors meeting as the 2021 REALTOR® of the Year. This prestigious recognition from the association is presented to a member for their dedicated service to Texas REALTORS®.
“Kaki has earned the top award for a Texas REALTORS®. She has certainly earned this recognition through her professional service to our profession and the people of our great state of Texas,” said Jim Fite, president and chief executive officer. “Congratulations Kaki! The Judge Fite Family is proud of you! On a personal note, my father is also proud for you to follow in his footsteps once more.”
Throughout her career, Lybbert has served the real estate industry in various leadership roles. She served as the Texas REALTORS® chairman in 2018, as well as past secretary/treasurer and chair of the Texas REALTORS® Political Action Committee (TREPAC). Currently, Lybbert is the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) vice president of advocacy.

Lybbert is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR). She attended and graduated from Hockaday School and spent her college years at Louisiana State University studying business administration. In 1995, she received her real estate license and has been a real estate professional with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company since 1998 as a consistent top producer. Lybbert gives her time and resources to her profession and her community, serving on many committees and boards throughout Denton and Wise County. In her spare time, she researches her family’s genealogy and spends time tracing their history in Texas and across the United States.
