DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company announced Gerald Crow, former regional sales manager of Dallas Urban Regional Office, has transitioned to the brokerage’s human resources manager. Kevin Robinson, former assistant regional sales manager, has been named regional sales manager of the Dallas Urban Regional Office.
The brokerage is grateful for the decades of service and mentoring Gerald Crow has provided to the dynamic team of real estate professionals within the Dallas Urban office and the leadership team supporting the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Transitioning Crow into this role positions CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for continued growth.
Before joining CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, Crow was the president and chief executive officer of another real estate brokerage for a decade. His vast experience in human resources allows him to handle his new role in the brokerage effectively.
“My knowledge of the industry gives me a keen insight into what everyone does daily within the brokerage,” Crow said. “I plan to work on systems and processes to improve employee experiences, as well as offer people-focused education and advice which can be applied in the field and our offices every day.”
Sean Davis, director of operations for CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, said he’s excited to welcome Crow to the role and looks forward to working closely with a great leader in the industry.
Robinson said Crow shared leadership techniques and provided beneficial mentorship to him, which was an essential part of the transition to Robinson’s new role. “As we all know, one of the things Gerald Crow is known for is his incredible ability to mentor others. I am no exception,” Robinson said. “Gerald has and will continue to invest his time moving forward in helping others succeed. I will remain committed to the same and will continue to create an environment conducive to high-level success.”
Robinson has been assisting Crow in leading the Dallas Urban Regional Office and remains dedicated to supporting these agents, bringing in new talent who fit in with the brokerage’s award-winning family culture, and helping agents and their clients succeed. Robinson said his promotion to regional sales manager does not change his approach to mentorship, which is about providing agents with tools, resources and support needed to be successful and allowing consumers in DFW to benefit from their real estate experiences.
“My goal is to show our real estate professionals how to leverage all of the tools at their disposal designed to help them provide world-class service to their clients,” Robinson said. “We have access to some of the best learning platforms, technology and marketing tools, and teaching how to leverage these will be the center of my coaching and support.”
CENTURY 21® provides a full array of agent tools to aid in the real estate professionals’ success. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is committed to providing added features that build upon the brand’s offerings and enhance the services provided to our clients and customers.
“Robinson’s experience and strong relationships with the office’s real estate professionals made him a great candidate for the role,” said Joe Picardo, district sales manager for the central region.
Robinson possesses all the leadership qualities needed to succeed in the role and will continue the legacy of growth and business success for our real estate professionals.
The brokerage congratulates these two leaders on their successes over the years and their transition to new roles.
