Every November, the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) celebrates Designations Awareness Month. They provide a wide range of designation programs that help members increase their skills, proficiency and knowledge. Many of C21JFC’s real estate professionals have put in the hard work to obtain these prestigious designations. Here are some of the ones our REALTORS® have acquired over the years.

Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®)

ABR® designees advocate for homebuyers, and are recognized as distinguished agents in the industry. The designation program establishes a foundation of training, skills, and resources to help real estate professionals succeed as a buyer’s representative.

At Home With Diversity (AHWD®)

Learning how to work effectively with – and within – today’s diverse real estate market is crucial for today’s real estate professionals. The At Home With Diversity® certification teaches REALTORS® how to conduct their business with sensitivity to all client profiles and build a business plan to successfully serve them.

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®)

The CRS® designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers. Representing the top 3 percent of all REALTORS® in the country, the education programs and referral network provide CRS® designees with the superior knowledge, connections and tools to be more productive.

Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)

Instantly align yourself with the best in international real estate by working with a CIPS designee. The designation connects them to a network of over 3,500 professionals who turn to each other when looking for referrals.

Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)

Real estate professionals with the GRI designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards and the sales process.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®)

The SRES® designation program educates real estate professionals on how to better serve the needs of the clients age 50+. These agents have access to valuable member benefits, useful resources and networking opportunities.
