DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company welcomes Kevin Robinson of Grand Prairie and Cedar Hill, Shara Hinchey of Lake Country and Southlake/Colleyville and Kris Johnson of Mansfield in their new roles as assistant regional sales managers.
The growing real estate offices across the company will have additional support, coaching and training that CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is known for in the DFW real estate industry. The company received the award for Best in Training from Dallas Morning News in November 2018.

Robinson looks forward to beginning the new journey as assistant regional sales manager for Grand Prairie and Cedar Hill, working alongside District Sales Manager Joe Picardo and Assistant Regional Sales Manager Chuck Edwards. From his experience as a real estate professional, Robinson knows the value of the manager-agent relationship and believes the support is essential for the growth of an agent’s business.
“I plan to continue promoting a positive yet competitive environment that pushes the team to not only set us apart from competitors, but also to surpass goals and expectations,” Robinson said. “We can do that by understanding our market, increasing exposure, identifying untapped or undertapped populations, and creating an environment of a service-oriented culture that begins and ends with customers.”
Hinchey will be joining District Sales Manager Tim Gauntt and Assistant Regional Sales Manager Brad Horak in overseeing the real estate professionals of Southlake/Colleyville and Lake Country. Her positive onboarding experience with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company along with a strong desire to serve others caught Hinchey’s interest for a position where she can help agents be successful in their business.
“I had a great onboarding and training experience with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company at all levels that I believe has helped me become the agent I am today,” Hinchey said. “I hope to use this experience to recruit and train new agents.”
Johnson’s vast experience in the customer service industry coupled with an admiration for impacting others prepared her for the Assistant Regional Sales Manager position. Johnson will work alongside District Sales Manager Bill Steddum and Assistant Regional Sales Manager Roger Steinke, and together, they will focus on growing and supporting the careers of the Mansfield real estate professionals.
“I came to Judge Fite Company three years ago to learn how to build my business based on relationships and it is the best decision I could have ever made,” Johnson said. “I hope I will be able to share my experience with others and help them learn to grow their business based on relationship building.”
