About the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation

At the heart of our company lies a deep commitment to people—one that goes beyond real estate. The Judge Fite Charitable Foundation was established in 2017 to provide emergency relief and meaningful support to individuals facing some of life’s most difficult moments. Whether it’s the devastation of a home fire, debilitating illness, car accident or unexpected loss of a loved one, we are able to provide grants to those navigating hardships. These stories are reminders that compassion, when paired with action, can help people rebuild, recover and rediscover hope.

“As a company, we believe our purpose is bigger than property—it’s people,” said Jim Fite, chief executive officer. “The Judge Fite Charitable Foundation allows us to serve others in their most critical times of need. I say it often, and I mean it: You make a difference in others’ lives.”

Over the last 25+ years, our fundraising efforts have united our people with purpose. Together, we’ve raised over $4 million in donations, supporting more than 600 charitable organizations that are close to the hearts of our Judge Fite family. From large-scale events like A Night at the Museum and Boots & BBQ to in-office potlucks, bingo nights and cornhole tournaments, each fundraiser is another opportunity to extend kindness and impact lives.

Our mission is to serve the community, and we believe in it! “Judge Fite Gives” is an endeavor to consolidate our philanthropic efforts into one amazing event. CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company is excited to continue supporting the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation and Easterseals Lonestar.

This year, more than 300 friends, family and supporters joined us at “A Night at the Museum” – our 27th Annual Judge Fite Gives Charitable Event Benefiting the Judge Fite Charitable Foundation and Easterseals Lonestar. This event included an exciting live auction, silent auction, DJ, live music, delicious food and access to the Perot Museum.
