FLOWER MOUND AND IRVING, TEXAS – CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company announces Barbara Head as Regional Sales Manager for the Flower Mound Regional Sales Office and the Las Colinas Regional Sales Office.
Head began her real estate career 20 years ago, helping new and experienced agents take their business to the next level.
“I am excited to share my experience and knowledge. I am humbled and honored at being selected for this position,” Head said.
Head previously served as a company recruiter for C21 Judge Fite Company, adding new and experienced real estate professionals to our 23 office locations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
“Barb has a wealth of knowledge in the industry. Her professionalism, willingness to help others, and ability to provide coaching, training and support made her a perfect fit,” said Jim Fite, president and chief executive officer.
As a previous broker/owner of her own brokerage, Head always made availability a priority.
“Being available to all REALTORS® in my offices is a personal goal. I am in this with them, through it all. I look forward to helping those in Flower Mound and Las Colinas learn to grow their business,” Head said.
“I am appreciative of Doug Terry who previously managed Flower Mound and Las Colinas for the contributions he made in these offices,” said Ashley Conlon, general sales manager. “I look forward to the continued growth of these offices and specifically the real estate professionals within those offices with the leadership and direction of Barbara Head. She brings a vast amount of experience to the table and, as a former owner of a real estate firm, has the acumen and experience to help lead and direct the success of real estate professionals.”
“Head will help us continue to work toward delivering world-class service in all that we do. She will be committed to our clients and industry and will help us grow our people,” Fite said.
Head’s industry experience includes several broker
environments and working on a team as an active real estate professional.
Experience with contracts, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), reporting,
tracking and lead generation are a valued asset. Head’s focus on operations and
agent success will provide both offices structure and training opportunities.
